[Serusers] missing Digest-Algorithm = "MD5"

Without going back to the spec to check, I believe MD5 is default algorithm if the attribute is not present. I implemented Digest a while back, but AFIAR (as far as I remember), there aren't many implementations of non-md5 algorithms.
I wouldn't worry if I were you.
