[Serusers] where does the acc module get its time from

Same for me. acc's time and my system's  has a difference of 4 hrs. can
someone help on this?

I have realised that since I changed to BST on all my servers (using NTP to
keep in sync) the time stored for acc requests has not changed, it is still
one hour behind.
