[Serusers] error in compile ser-0.9.0

i am using bison-2.0.tar.gz and flex-2.5.4a.tar.gz
but unable to solve this issue

Error opening ser's FIFO /tmp/ser_fifo
Make sure you have line fifo=/tmp/ser_fifo in your
config
