[Serusers] Where do I find the LCR Module please?

Hi Juha,

I have been watching the development of the LCR Module and I would like 
to use it.

I have searched through IPTEL, Google, and the email list archives and 
failed to find any hint of where to find it.

Where do I find documentation and the module it's self?
