[serusers]sipsack

hi

i have  problems:

1. when i do "serctl ul show" i can see the uri connected but when i do 
"serctl ping uri" i can't ping nobody (408 code)

2.all my uri is registering well  but when i try to call one to the other i 
have a 408 code too

please somebody can help me?
