[Serusers] loose routing

Hello, I have a question about loose routing.

 

I use this in my ser script:

 

  if (loose_route()) {

                route(1);

                break;

        };

And ReInvite or Refer request are usually detected by loose_route and
forwarded to route(1) but this Notify request is not detected.
