[Serusers] Problem compiling postgres module

Hi

When I tried to compile this module, i obtain this error messages.

In file con_postgres.h there is this include: #include "libpq-fe.h"
I tried to find this file but it doesn't appear anywhere. What is the 
utility of this file?
