[Serusers] 0.9.0 Source and Debian Sarge Compile Problems (Jabber & MySql & Radius)

Make sure you have radiusclient-ng installed:

http://developer.berlios.de/projects/radiusclient-ng

and not the radiusclient library shiped with debian.
