[Serusers] SER Softphone and IM cleints

MSN/Microsoft Messenger do not have SIP support. Windows Messenger does
have sip support and is included with Windows XP (check under Add/Remove
Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components). After you run Windows
Messenger goto Settings -> Accounts and enable the SIP service.
