Yes but, if SER know the CALL_ID, can it send a BYE to the GW ?

Nicolas,

SER is not call-stateful, so the reality of the situation is that SER
doesn't know when a call is in progress or not.

You can use a B2BUA if you need to tear down calls at the server.
