[Serusers] PA module and 0.8.14

Are you trying to mix 0.8.14 code with the devel code ? That probably
will not work. As a temporary fix, you can run two ser instancences, the
development version with pa and 0.8.14 for a stable proxy and forward
publish and subscribe requests to the development version.
