[Serusers] AVPOPS - How do I to write Call-ID to an AVP???

Hi Paul,

Try:
	avp_write("$hdr[call-id]","i:11");
	avp_print();

I just gave it a try and worked perfect. Note the feature is present 
only on development branch.
