[Serusers] Connecting to SER by TCP

Hi Sergey,

You don't have to do anything extra or different to use TCP - by default 
TCP support is compiled and enabled.
You can check is with "netstat -tal".
Also you can use kphone as a client (for linux) which implements TCP.
