[Serusers] enum - e164.org

Hey Pamela,

	Here's the AVPOPS documentation www.voice-system.ro/docs/avpops/

	That's strange about +49 working and not +43, trying running a ngrep on 
the machine and watch the for DNS queries to ensure the query is being 
made properly.
