[Serusers] SER configuracion file

ser has a configuration file in:
/usr/local/etc/ser/
called ser.cfg
editing it you can do virtualy everything with SER.
About the ports, its better to let SER use the 5060 as usually and the 
SIP port range.

Chek the examples in:
http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/seruser/seruser.html
and in
/usr/local/etc/ser/ser.cfg.sample

You can also use serctl, but its more for SER administration, then for 
configuration.
