[Serusers] SER presence support

Hi Richard.
I have tried it (pass the SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY packets to the destination
UA) but Windows Messenger does not do anything. I see whith ethereal (on
the destination UA) and with ngrep (on the SIP SERVER) that Windows
Messenger receives the SUBSCRIBE packet from the other UA but on
reception it does nothing. Moreover, when his state changes it does not
send any NOTIFY packet. Do you have any idea of what could I have done
wrong?
I am using version 5.1 of Windows Messenger.
