[Serusers] SER+Radius Accounting Not Working

Ray,

I solved it but using B2BUA from vovida.org
I'm not doing accounting with ser itself.
Some say it introduces some delay in between the calls. At least, it do
works for me.
B2BUA does manage properly the ACCT-RADIUS messages.
