[Serusers] error -478 while trying to fix configuration

Hello to all,
I was already using SER 0.8.14 and It was running nice, but now I 
installed SER 0.9.0 and it doesnt start.
I did:
#make
#make modules
#make install
and everything seemed to happen normaly, but when I start it, even with 
the sample configuration of ser.cfg.sample, this error comes:
ERROR: error -478 while trying to fix configuration

Can someone help me?
