[Serusers] Cant restart SER after I edit the 'ser.cfg'

here's wad e terminal promt:

0(9191) connect_db(): Access denied for user:
'ser at localhost' (Using password: YES)

0(9191) init_mod(): Error while initializing module

ERROR: error while initializing modules
