[Serusers] ser_0.9.0 for debian

Hi Alistair,

I try mkfifo /tmp/ser_fifo chown ser:ser /tmp/ser_fifo

I think init script need some fixing .

I 've got sources from CVS + init script ( for
previous  releases !) to build .deb
