[Serusers] ser + serweb: unable to register user

I had a simliar error, cant recall what the fix was, but I think it was 
something to do with an existing alias of the name, in the previos 
version it allowed same alias to goto multiple contacts , now it 
doesnt...but dont quote me on this...unless someone else can confirm this
