[Serusers] Re: Can't contact local users, what am I doing wrong?

Oh for crying out loud. I see what I did wrong. After about 7 and a
half hours of messing with this over two days, I finally posted the
below email to the list. Under an hour later, I figure out what's
wrong.

Well, partly. Hangups are taking a long time, but I have yet to
investigate that. :)
