[Serusers] hardphones MOH

What do you advise me ?

I wish to use SER+Sems(ivr) to provide MOH.
I've got two polycom ip300 however we just can place
on hold caller without music !

What can I do? what's the way?
Does Ser or sems must act as 3cpp ?
