[Serusers] multiple contact entries automatically....

You have sent the 200 ok - not the REGISTER message. I still think that 
there will be only 1 Contact in each REGISTER.

Probably the client or/and the NAT is broken:

Which client do you use?
Which NAT do you use?
Do you use STUN?
