[Serusers] INVITEs and 408 retransmissions

Hi Jorge!

I think there are two problems:

1. ser does not cancel the transaction
   weird - can you send your config?

2. A does not send an ACK in respond to the 408
   A must not send the ACK after the 200 OK, but it must
   send an ACK after the 408. Looks like a broken client.
   Which client is it?
