[Serusers] Serweb + SER 0.9.0 ('perms' problem)

I don't remember that any version of serweb require 'perms' table. Which 
version of serweb are you useing?

You can download latest version from cvs by this command:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.berlios.de:/cvsroot/serweb co -P -r 
rel_0_9_2 serweb

This version is almost prepared for new release
