[Serusers] desc_time_order not found in registrar

Dear All,

I am using ser 0.9.0 and found that the line 

modparam("registrar","desc_time_order",1)

gives a error: 

 set_mod_param_regex: parameter <desc_time_order> not found in module
<registrar>.


I look at the documentation, there is such a param is registrar.  

What's happening here?
