[Serusers] rtpproxy and serctl with problem

hi

i have rtpproxy runing and serctl. where it is file config of rtpproxy
? and when I type this command "serctl start" show me in
/var/log/syslog this message:

and in pront command show this message:

"uiara:~# serctl start

Starting SER : PID file /var/run/ser.pid does not exist -- SER start failed"

when I type "pstree" show me ser and rtpproxy in the list.

anyone can a help me!
