[Serusers] serweb pconnect error

Hi,
I have a problem with serweb. It gives this error if I
try to open the page
http://hostofmyserver/serweb/admin/index.php

Database error: pconnect(hostofmyserver, ser,
$Password) failed.
MySQL Error: ()
Session halted.

but I'm sure ser and mysql are ok because I tested
them with kphone and they worked fine. I followed the
steps at this page because I have fedora core 2
