Most likely your ser_mysql.sh is not compatible with the version your ser.
Download the latest ser_mysql.sh from

http://cvs.berlios.de/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/ser/sip_router/scripts/
ser_mysql.sh?rev=1.71

Run that script to recreate the DB and your problem will be fixed.
