[Serusers] sip proxy and realm are set differently, PSTN can't work properly.

I had some problems with asterisk on 5061 port too, but I make it work 
replacing rewritehostport("HOST","PORT") command with 
t_relay_to_udp("HOST","PORT"). Give it a try
