[Serusers] LCR on onsip.org - No DB tables created?

Hi, I downloaded and installed the ser-0.9.3 from
onsip.org with the intention of using LCR. Although,
the LCR module was complied, I do not see the tables
lcr, gw in the DB? How do I create them?
