[Serusers] problem connecting.

  Too many hops means that the proxy not configured properly. It
  received a request with hostname which resolved to the proxy, but the
  proxy does not know that it is responsible for the domain, so it tries
  to forward it again -- and it again hits the proxy, until the
  Max-Forwards check hits.
 
  Find out the domain in the Request-URI and put it as alias in the
  configuratio file:

  alias="foo.bar"
