[Serusers] sipsak without message file

Hello Sebastian,

no this is not possible. But sipsak can read the message from standard in, 
e.g. 'echo bye.ser | sipsak -sip sip:192.168.1.222:5061 -f -', if that helps.

The ability to send BYE's is on my to-do list. But it will not contain given 
tags or call-id's.
