[Serusers] Error running ser-0.9.3

 yes I am familiar with this error since I just upgraded from stable to
unstable for avpops

 modparam ("usrloc", "db_url", "sql://ser:newpass@localhost/ser")

Needs to be

 modparam ("usrloc", "db_url", "mysql://ser:newpass@localhost/ser")
