please (CC) the mailing list in your replies.

Try enable logging in serweb. Set
$config->enable_loging = true;
$config->log_level = "PEAR_LOG_DEBUG";

in config file and see the log file.

If it will not help you, send the logfile and content of your
subscriber table to me.
