[Serusers] SDP c= field mangled

Hello! I want to configure ser+asterisk in a same host, I don't know asterisk if run correct when I watch the asterisk process is run ,but when I used the command astman to handle asterisk ,it's show be connect refuse, cann't open port:5038 .Could you give me some hint to resolve it? and Could you pasted you ser.cfg and asterisk's conf file for a referrence?
