[Serusers] PSTN call receives a bye after 5 seconds usingSER+B2BUA+MEDIAPROXY

Hi

the debug is really hard to read, but u seem to be getting 200OK after
the call is in place, and then the BYE, can u run ngrep and pull out
just the call transaction debug
