[Serusers] originate calls from a gateway

Bruce,

In general inbound calls from a PSTN gateway is as simple as having
SER accept all INVITE message from the PSTN gateway, which means not
challenging it for credentials.

If you look at the PSTN example on http://onsip.org/ you'll see an
example ser.cfg that will allow inbound and outbound PSTN calls.
