[Serusers] error message when attempt to call transfer

Hi,

 

 When I attempt to do call transfer, I get the following error message:

SO_ERROR (111) Connection refused

tcp_blocking_connect failed

Jul  4 11:49:46 localhost /sbin/ser[1992]: ERROR: tcp_send: connect failed

Jul  4 11:49:46 localhost /sbin/ser[1992]: msg_send: ERROR: tcp_send failed

Jul  4 11:49:46 localhost /sbin/ser[1992]: ERROR: t_forward_nonack: sending
request failed

Jul  4 11:49:46 localhost /sbin/ser[2000]: *** entering onreply_route[1] ***

Jul  4 11:49:46 localhost /sbin/ser[1992]: ERROR: tcp_blocking_connect:

Is there anything I need to configure on the routing script to be able to do
call transfer?
