[Serusers] nathelper, rtpproxy and mediaproxy: What should I use?

We are planning to support any kind of Gateway/ATA/Softhphone and most 
of them doesn't support STUN.

Could anybody help me to find a detailed documentation about rtpproxy 
and mediaproxy in order to know more about their features?
