[Serusers] Connection Problem to www.iptel.org

Hi, all

Maybe it is just me, but are you able to connect to www.iptel.org and 
associated pages recently? I have been having problems accessing the 
webpage at www.iptel.org for a few days, the responses are always 404. I 
have no problem accessing any other web sites from my computer, so wonder 
whether there is any problem with the iptel server.
