Hi Karle,
thanks for the tip with  rel_0_8_12.
it's working without problem.
Maybe it should be more emphasized on iptel.org/ser/serweb site and link it for 
this version . I had also some problems even with the 2004/7/27
so it might avoid problems for new users.
