[Serusers] Error when importing MySQLdb

Dear all,

Please help I am facing this the error below, I am using Python 2.3.4, MySQLdb from MySQL-python-1.0.1 and mysql version 4.1.18. 
Someone please advice what is the problem I am lost already. Thanks.
