[Serusers] Cannot connect to radiator

take a look at the radiusclient configuration file and increase the 
debug level in ser.cfg and watch the syslog output of ser (tail -f 
/var/log/syslog). Is the radiusserver on the same host as ser? If yes, 
have captured on the loopback interface (tcpdump -i any).
