Thank you for your reply. Now I'm trying to find out what's the tftp
server
for their software upgrade or any site  where I can download it and put
it
on my tftp server. Where did you upgrade?

Also, what is YMMV?

I had identical symptoms which were resolved by updating the firmware to

1.5.0a2.

*BUT*, remember that YMMV depending on SER config, firewalls, etc.
