[Serusers] ser 0.9 startup problems

I am getting the following errors when starting ser. I am sure it is
something in my config but I can't track it down. This was a fresh
install(no previous ver of ser on this machine.)  I have include below the
first section on my config. Just let me know if any one need the complete
config
