[Serusers] error to start ser-0.9.0

The database structure has changed from 0.8.14 to 0.9.0. You can use 
ser_mysql.sh to recreate the database to fit to 0.9.0 (!!! make backup 
of your data prior to use ser_mysql.sh, to be in the safe side).

Particularly in this case, the table "version" has now different names 
for columns: (table_name, version) in 0.8.14 => (table_name, 
table_version) in 0.9.0
