[Serusers] Is it possible to be a distributed SER modules system?

Dear ALL:

I know that I can have many mediaproxies and choose one of them to
route via DNS SRV method.

And in the implement of vovida, almost all its servers(such as fs, ms,
rs) can be put on different locations(sites / servers) and access them
via setting correct URLs and their ports.

Does SER sip have the same characteristic? I can use the registar or
acc module of  A and work for ser B?
