[Serusers] Open Relay?

You only can authenticate local users. If you want to local users to be 
able to receive calls from external users (e.g. sip:klaus at iptel.org 
calls sip:1234578 at yourdomain.com), your SIP proxy must accept the SIP 
messages without authentication. (like email)
